What deleting does
- Erased for good: your name, email, phone number, profile photo, bio, identity and licence documents, payout bank details, saved properties and items, notifications, and any location you shared during a viewing.
- Taken down: every property you listed.
- Kept, with your name removed: records of orders, bookings, moves and payments. We are required to keep these for accounting and to resolve payment disputes, and they are held for seven years.
- Kept, because it is not only yours: messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation, shown as from a deleted user. Reviews you wrote stay on the listing or product they are about.
This cannot be undone. You would need to create a new account to use PropNexa again.
